Hans founded Red Star Equities in 1999 as a way to help executives relocate to the metro Detroit area. Seeing a niche that needed to be filled, he grew the company by diversifying and providing a full range of services including traditional buying/selling, leasing, and destination services. Along the way, he has earned Platinum honors for excellence in relocation and destination services along with celebrating a 20 year relationship with General Motors. During his career, Hans has stayed focused on what is most important to him - the continued relationships and friendships he has been fortunate to forge. Knowing a client today is a friend tomorrow gives him the greatest joy and love of what he does.
Outside of work, Hans is blessed to have an incredible wife, 2 daughters and a spoiled greyhound, all of who mean the world to him. Though they are his pride and joy, he is also passionate about golf, traveling with friends on golf trips and exploring new wines.

I have been a specialist in Corporate Global relocation business for the past 13 + years, exclusively in the International corporate realm and I absolutely love it! It allows me to meet amazing people from many different countries with unique backgrounds. I feel that I am their first “friend” as I assist them in many facets such as; helping them find their first home in the U.S. (either for lease or for purchase), schools for their children, and also other government type requirements. I have met lifelong friends who have started out as my clients and who I continue to assist over the years as they make Michigan their home. I have extensive knowledge on the school districts in the area as I have worked directly with them for many years to assist my clients, but also as a parent of my 4 children. I look forward to continuing this and creating many more relationships with my clients over the years.
Ken Roskelly

Ken received his real estate license in 2018, joining Red Star with 24 years of Medical Sales experience. He has been married to his wife Lori for 30 year, is a proud father of 3 children, Nicholas (29) Chandler (27) and Jenna (20) and even a prouder grandfather to 2 grandchildren Izzabella (5) and Noah (3). Ken is a graduate of Wayne State University with a degree in Education. His hobbies include golf, spending time with friends and family and loves being with his grandkids. Ken’s engaging personality, professionalism and outgoing nature has earned him rave reviews from his clients. No question he has a bright future in real estate.
Felicia Hill

Felicia and her partner (Ray) have raised one son (Steven) and been together happily for over 28 years. Felicia studied accounting at Det. College of Business it was then that she decided she was more of a people person than a numbers person. She found employment as the lead customer service representative for Rose Pest Solutions where she worked for over twenty years; with the valuable skills that she acquired in dealing with the public she decided it was time for a career change. Felicia joined the Red Star team in 2022 and it was at that time that she decided Real Estate would be the path she would take. She received her real estate license in June 2023 and has become our newest licensed agent for Red Star Equities, LLC. She seems to have a niche for rentals; she has had great success helping families find suitable housing. Felicia wanted to share the thought below.
